The Austin Zoo : Our zoo is a rescue zoo. It's very small as zoos go, but nice. Especially for younger kids. We actually had weather that was not excruciatingly hot, which made for a great day to be outside. Plus, there were only about 6 other people at the zoo so we basically had the place to ourselves!

I think this lion has had a few photo sessions before. He actually had his back to us, but when he saw me get out the camera, he stood up, turned around, and laid back down in this perfect pose for the camera. So funny!
Addie had a great time, too!
