We've been holding pretty steady at 1 - 2 wakings.
**Again... we are only counting once she gets in our bed. She starts the night in her crib and usually wakes every hour or so (sometimes we get a 2 hours stretch) when she's in her crib. We bring her into our bed after we go to sleep.
The sleeping order is key... Adeline, Robert, Paige. If we switch it up (say... Paige, Adeline, Robert or Adeline, Paige, Robert) we are up at least 4 times in the night to nurse. It seems Robert's body between us is just enough mass to block out Addie's mommy radar.
We are going to try another Shelton co-sleeping experiment next week. We are picking up a twin mattress from Robert's mom this weekend. It is going on the floor between our bed and the wall. Our bed is low enough that we can still reach her easily if she stirs, but Miss Twister will have her own space to spin her little webs or whatever the heck she is doing. This set up will definitely not get our bedroom featured in Stylish Bedrooms Weekly, but if it gets us better sleep, we'll take it. Don't think I've forgotten about the California King Tempur-Pedic, though. It isn't in the budget for now, but someday... oh someday! :)

I don't think there are many moms out there who's house gets any kind of award for furniture arrangement! Our swing definitely does not go with the decor in our room!
You should see our mess of a room now that we've had to move our bed to the corner of the room so that our rolly pollies stay put. We've also added 2 cribs (naturally they hold laundry instead of babies!!!)and a swing which make for an interesting touch!
