The last game was just one more in a season full of heart stopping, fast pace, edge-of-your-seat excitement. At least I'm fairly certain the girls felt that way. It was darn exciting and fun to watch.
Claire really, really enjoyed it. It was a great introduction to the sport. Her teammates were sweet. Her coaches were awesome. She got some hits, made some outs. You really couldn't have asked for more.
I'm sure there will be many more seasons in her future.
