No time for all the details, but I will say it has all been a lot of fun! In Denison Addie got to take a bath in Grandmommy's kitchen sink and more importantly, we picked up the twin mattress that now resides on the floor next to our bed and provides a soft place for Adeline to sleep that is close to mommy and daddy... but not close enough that she can kick us! She adapted well to her new bed once we got rid of the ants that were crawling all over her the first night. Sorry about that, Adeline!
We had a great time in The Woodlands, as always. Addie got to spend some quality time with Aunt Natalie and the cousins while I got a haircut. We also got to hang out with them at the pool a lot and at a super cool soccer clinic. Elijah & Noah are nearly professional soccer players now... they love it and it's so fun to watch!
It rained like crazy during Aunt Sarah's game here in Austin, so we stayed home with the kidos. We did get to hang out all day on Saturday though. Again, more pool time. Adeline and Claire are water babies... can't get enough!
And that brings us to this week with Aunt Cynthia and Claire visiting. We are having a ball so far. We went to Uncle Jim's farm yesterday. It was Claire's first time to a farm and she loved seeing all the animals... cows & calves, goats & kids, pigs & piglets, turkeys, chickens, ducks, cats, & dogs. Today we went to Zilker park for Adeline's & Claire's first time to ride a train. Very hot and muggy, but a good time was had by all. :)
