two new tricks

Adeline has two new tricks.  Both will require us to tighten up supervision a bit.

#1 : could cause broken bones



#2 : could cause disgusting mess (edited to maintain a PG rating)

I think she is just strengthening her arm muscles in preparation for beating - I mean taking care of - her little brother!
