Adeline and I are back home! We had a great time visiting with Aunt Cynthia and Claire (and Aunt Barbara & Uncle Charles) in Alabama. Addie loved watching Claire jump around and Claire was such a good helper with Adeline. Friday morning was a little scary because Adeline was stung by a wasp! Poor baby... those things hurt like crazy!! We called Uncle Charles (who is a doctor) and he said as long as she wasn't having trouble breathing then there was really nothing we needed to do. Her poor hand was swollen and pinkish purple for 2 days! To top it off, after she(and I) calmed down from the sting, we sat down on the patio and she was bitten by 2 mosquitoes on the forehead! It was a rough morning, but she survived.

On Saturday we said goodbye to Alabama and flew into Houston for Mindy's baby shower. Robert met us in Houston and we drove back to Austin last night. Although we loved spending the time with family & friends, it sure felt good to have Robert around again!

On a side note, Addie is soooo close to crawling. Painfully close. She was on the verge the entire time we were in Alabama and we were sure she was holding back so that her daddy wouldn't miss it! Check her out...
